Sugar Loft Events2 is thrilled to have you as a part of this year’s POP-UP Day Party Sip, Eat, Party & SHOP 2022!

Here are the vendor terms and details. Please read carefully and let us know if you have any

questions. You will be asked to agree to the vendor terms as part of submitting your vendor

application.

 

Sugar Loft Events2 2022

Saturday, December 3, 2022, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

 

Sugar Loft Events2 7530 Bales Street, West Chester, OH 45069

 

Set-Up: Vendor setup will be Saturday, December 3, 12:30pm - 2:30pm

All vendors must be completely set up by 2:30 am Saturday, December 3rd, and ready to sell!

 

Tear Down: POP-UP Day Party Sip, Eat, Party & SHOP hours are until 8:20pm. We ask that no vendors tear down

before then unless your sold out. All vendors must have their space cleaned up and be out of the building by

9:00pm on Saturday, December 03, 2022.

 

 

  • Spaces and Display: All vendors will receive Vendors

  • All vendors will receive one black fitted tablecloth and (2) two chairs

 

  1. "Early Bird" Youth Vendor $60 after Oct 17th $65 (6 x 4 ft. space)

 

  1. "Early Bird" Gold Vendor $65 after Oct 17th $87 (8 x 5 ft. space)

 

  1. "Early Bird" Silver Vendor $87 after Oct 17th $97 (10 x 6 ft. space) Choice in front or middle space. This vendor option is Food Vendors & Food Trucks only. This purchase only cover (1) 10 x 10 space for Food Vendor and (1) parking space for Food Truck.

 

  1. "Early Bird" Platinum Vendor $97 after Oct 17th $110 (10 x 10 ft. space) w/ electric if needed. Registration includes a 6- or 8ft table with a cover and two chairs. 10x10 space w/drape. Doors open an hour earlier for you to set up. Will have access to electricity.

 

We are asking everyone to share all posts for the Pop-Up Day Party Sip, Eat Party & Shop on your social media pages to help us get the word out! Thank you!

 

$10 a Table

$10 for electric

 

We ask that you do not simply have your product sitting on a covered table, but develop a

display that will draw the eye of shoppers and help business for everyone. Please take the time

to set your display apart. Not only does this add to the quality of the Pop-up Shop, but it

catches the interest of shoppers! It’s great for business!

 

Your space is yours to do what you would like, but we do require that you have a table cover

that touches the floor on the front part of any table that you use if you do not want to use ours. Please keep in mind that you

will have other vendors on both sides of you and behind you. Your items, displays, racks, chairs

and everything else that belong to you should be within your designated space. Please be

respectful of other vendors around you and their space.

 

The Venue: Sugar Loft Events2

Please be respectful as the Christmas Shoppe will be in Infinite’s main sanctuary space.

The use, sale or promotion of alcohol, any illegal substance, tobacco products and vaping are

strictly prohibited at Sugar Loft Events2 or our grounds.

Please note that Sugar Loft Events2 will not be held liable if any personal items are lost, stolen or

damaged.

The use of nails, tacks, screws, staples, pins, or tape is not to be used on any part of the building

or on any furniture belonging to Sugar Loft Events2. Vendors are responsible for any damages

caused to Sugar Loft Events2.

 

Vendor Needs / Accommodations:

If you have any special requests or need accommodations, please contact Theresa at

info@thesugarlofts.com prior to submitting your application. There are no refunds

available for submitted vendor applications.

 

 

***If it is necessary for you to have electricity, please let us know asap and we will work to

accommodate. You will need to provide your own extension cord unless you coordinate with us

ahead of time to provide one.

 

Before November 19th to Do List:

● Watch your inbox! We will not overload you with emails, but please be on the

lookout for updates and information as it gets closer to November 19th.

 

● Prepare your booth space. Please plan out what your display will look like ahead of

time as display is just as important as the product you will sell!

 

● Chairs will be provided; (2) Chairs per table

 

● Share – Vendors will be given digital marketing tools for social media use. We ask

that if you have social media, please help us share and get the word out!

Submission of your vendor application with payment serves as a signature of agreement to

the terms and conditions on this vendor's agreement.
